Makes scrolling on your web pages look buttery smooth! :butter:

I highly recommend trying it in your CSS and seeing what a difference it makes, especially when you have links that jump to a spot on the page, it gently glides down to where you need to go instead of all sudden and choppy. I’m into it. Anyways, I’m sure lots of you already knew this but for anyone who doesn’t, enjoy! :blush:
