Totally blind new coder need help with un-commenting

I need help. I am on my MacBook and trying to do what the lesson says, but I am very confused. I am totally blind. What am I doing wrong, please?

In HTML, whatever is between <!-- and --> are commented, that it is just for the reference of programmer, and does not affect execution of the program. Hence, this challenge asks you to remove these symbols, so that you uncomment the code. You shouldn’t remove the h1, h2 and p tags. You shouldn’t change anything inside comment for this challenge. You just had to remove the comments, which is called uncommenting.
