Tribuite page image responsively resize

I have done tribute page but couldn,t pass test.
Here’s is my link:

It shows error

  1. I should see an element with a corresponding id=“tribute-link”, which links to an outside site that contains additional information about the subject of the tribute page. HINT: You must give your element an attribute of target and set it to “_blank” in order for your link to open in a new tab (i.e. target="_blank").

  2. The element should responsively resize, relative to the width of its parent element, without exceeding its original size.

When a test fails, click the red button to see which test(s) are failing and text to help you correct the issue.
Be sure and read more than just the first line of the failing message. The ability to read and comprehend error messages is a skill you’ll need to acquire as a developer. Ask questions on what you don’t understand.

The first failing message says

I should see an <a> element with a corresponding id="tribute-link", which links to an outside site that contains additional information about the subject of the tribute page. HINT: You must give your element an attribute of target and set it to "_blank" in order for your link to open in a new tab (i.e. target="_blank").
<a> element with id="tribute-link" must contain an href attribute
AssertionError: <a> element with id="tribute-link" must contain an href attribute

Do you understand what the test is looking for and why it is failing?

The second failing message says

The <img> element should responsively resize, relative to the width of its parent element, without exceeding its original size.
Use the "display" style property with a value of "block" for responsive images.: expected 'inline' to equal 'block'
AssertionError: Use the "display" style property with a value of "block" for responsive images.: expected 'inline' to equal 'block'

  1. the second mailing message says:

I think i have also done this in my code. But it didn,t work. Could you please correct my code?

THe codes are:

Picture of Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam
Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam

The css are:

#image
{
width:100%;
max-width:250px;
display:block;

}

Once again, you’re only reading the first line of the error message. You need to read more than the first line.
I quoted the full message in my previous post. If you read the entire message it will tell you what the test is looking for and why it’s failed.

Do you have a new pen? I don’t see the property: value; pair of display: block; when I go to your pen.
Did you save it?
For that one you’ve read the failing message correctly and when that line is put in (and saved) that test does pass.
