Just like your survey work, it looks great, very good.
I cannot find anything critical issues, but have some suggestions.
FIrst for mobile I think having a little bit more line-height could be greta.
Another suggestion is about your footer, seems you set a max-width for it. I think if you let it fit the body width could work too.
And a tip as I think you know already: browser(not sure if all) by default adds some small margin to body tag (e.g. chrome is 8px). You may override that 8px with zero if you like some element starts exactly from screen edge.
