I think your page looks good.
You have a couple of small errors in your css.
Run your code through the codepen css analyzer.
You have a little bit of a horizontal scroll bar when you get to 480px and below.
In codepen, you can change the editor view to make the preview window smaller so you can test what it would look like on smaller devices.
