I’m finally happy with how my Tribute Page is laid out and it doesn’t break as easily as the first few iterations when resizing, but I implemented a color palette that’s a touch garish. Any recommendations on colors to eliminate or another palette to try based on the picture?

I’m not much of an artist so I won’t comment on the color scheme but I can tell you that the contrast between the text and the background is not quite enough to be considered accessible. You can use the WebAIM contrast checker to make sure that you have enough contrast. Your browser’s dev tools can also be used (you’ll have to google for yourself on how).
