I recently completed my tribute page for FCC, and I’m moving onto the survey form. Looking for any feedback you all have on my page, constructive or otherwise. Want to where I can improve, or where I maybe could’ve done something better/differently:

When using codepen it only expects the code you’d put within the <body> </body> tags in HTML. (No need to include the body tags). For anything you want to add to <head> click on the ‘Settings’ button, then HTML and add it into the ‘Stuff for <head>’ box.
Mentioning because you have an incorrect boilerplate. You have elements outside of body that should be inside.
