Tribute Page, help me improve

Hi everyone!

I’ve just finished my first project and it was really fun.
A tribute page for Wangarĩ Muta Maathai.

Link here :

I’m a beginner and looking for some feedbacks, good practices and tips to improve more.
Do not hesitate!

Thank you in advance!

Whats to improve man, your page just elevated the level for all of us.

I gotta ask, how long have you been in learning web development??

Just started to learn web dev.
But I work in a digital agency as a designer.
That certainly gives me a little advantage.

So do you use Html and CDs in your day job?

Your tribute is very nice. Well done. KEEP GOING!

likewise with everyone, I love how clear and easy it is to read each section :grinning:. I don’t have much to value add as I too am just starting out but for the text, I would go for a justify-content:center; rather than flex-end; just to keep it “sandwiched” in the center between the top and btm images (just my personal preference!) .

Hi! @coder20201 thank you!
Nope. At work, I don’t code at all.
I usually work with pencils, paper, post-it notes and prototyping tools (mainly Sketch, Axure RP, Invision, etc.)

But for the past few months, in my current project, they asked me to review and test each user story for the front of the website we are building. They wanted me to use the dev tool, but at first I didn’t understand anything.
So I started the freeCodeCamp and it was really fun.
I am impressed that we can build things with words… literally!

Hi @cyrus_thio
Thank you for the feedback.
I didn’t think about that. I’ll give it a try.
