The page looks pretty good but few things you are missing there from my point of view will be :
1> Your page can use bootstrap more like encasing title in a jumbotron or using a well over your content.
2> also border to your second image doent hit the eye it doesnt really feel nice to me.
3> You footer can have more explanation’s
4> You should also increase the content in that tribute page.
