Trouble navigating out of codeAlly

Hello

I am currently working on RDBMS certification. I am doin g the lessons and projectwork in CodeAlly/CodeRoad as per the design. I am having a bit of trouble knowing what to do after I finish off all the exercises. HOw can I navigate out of CodeRoad back to freeCodeCamp so I can have those lessons checkmarked completed and move onto the next lesson?

Can you post a link to the specific part of fCC you are on? Usually they include steps on how to complete the projects…
