You seem to have deleted the text inside of the anchor element. You need that.

added my (a) element to my (p) element trying to get cat photos as a link. however not successful

In order for the words “cat photos” to be a link, it has to be inside an anchor (a) element.

<p>For example 
    <a href="https://www.internet.com">this text</a>
is a link</p>
