Typical review time for Contributor Account application

Hello!
I applied for a contributor account around a week or so back using the form here : The freeCodeCamp Publication Style Guide . At the end of the form - a prompt showed up that applicants would receive a response in a week’s time if they were a good fit. I would like to ask

  • is the typical response time more than a week ?
  • Do we get some feedback on our application ?
  • Can we apply more than once if we haven’t heard back for a week? Is there any procedure for that or do we follow the same form ?
