Typing the correct code but it isn't working

Tell us what’s happening:
The lesson requires me to turn all my h2 elements blue and I have already done so. However, I am not allowed to finish this lesson as apparently I am told that my h2 elements are not blue. Can anyone help me on this?

My first two troubleshooting steps would be

  1. Do you have any browser extensions that modify the appearance of the webpage?
  2. Did you try reseting the code and pasting in only the style tag again?
