So this is something you’ll eventually get a feeling for, but in the meantime here are a few suggestions that you may consider:

Really bright colours like red are better used as accents, they tire your eyes out when used as the primary theme. There is a reason you don’t see a lot of bright red websites online. I suggest picking a colour palette and sticking with it for the entire webpage. Some possible places to learn about picking colours here:

Usually nowadays you will notice that websites use sans-serif fonts like roboto, as opposed to serif.

Use the developer console and/or change viewport size to see how your form looks at various screen sizes, and imagine if you were an end user, if that’s something you want to be looking at.

Styling your input fields and repositioning your texts may make your webpage look better.
