thanks soo much. my mistake. i wanted to clarify that. anyways i added my name but it say congrats you’ve clamied …….. your certificate but nothing is downloading and i cant see the certificate. when i click the show certificate it redirects to login

when you are redirected, look at the top of the page, there is a message telling you what the issue is
Hola tengo el mismo dilema que davex101 y desde la vista de perfil como ajustes me redirige a la pagina de inicio y el mensaje que me muestra en la parte superior es ir a ver el certificado desde ajustes y el enlace de mostrar certificación me envía a la pagina de inicio.
can you share the exact wording of the message that appear at the top of the screen?
could it be that there is an hidden message that you need to have some privacy settings set to public?
Después de solicitar ese que me señalas, me estaba pasando lo mismo pero me salio un nuevo mensaje que me solicitaba tener la cronología Publica para poder mostrar los certificados . Creo que lo mejor para otros usuarios es dejar todo publico. gracias por la ayuda.
