Unable to complete task due to conflicting instructions

Tell us what’s happening:
The instructions state:
“Your first radio button on your form should be checked by default.”
“Your first checkbox on your form should be checked by default.”

The last two instructions state:
" You should not change the inner text of the Indoor label"
“You should not change the inner text of the Loving label.”

  **Your code so far**
       <label for="indoor"><input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor" value="indoor"checked> Indoor</label>

 <label for="loving"><input id="loving" type="checkbox" name="personality" value="loving"checked> Loving</label>

The instructions directly contradict each other making it impossible to complete the task.

Challenge: Check Radio Buttons and Checkboxes by Default

Link to the challenge:

You don’t change the label text when setting an input as checked. The input element is not part of the label text.

Thank you JeremyLT.
I found out that I was doing it correctly but the browser that I was using on my chromebook wasn’t allowing it to work. When I tried the same thing on my phone it worked perfectly. Thank you for your time and willingness to help a less experienced developer in his journey. Be well and be blessed.
