Unable to continue "Learn Bash Scripting by Building Five Programs" due to missing task verification

Summary

I’m currently unable to go further into the Relational Database Certification since I seem to be stuck in one of the exercises for the " Learn Bash Scripting by Building Five Programs"

Actual behavior

Whenever I hit enter to execute the command nothing happens as if I haven’t even type in the terminal. See the screenshot attached

Note

I understand this is still in Beta but please let me know if there is a workaround for this issue if available.

what hints do you get if you just keep pressing Get A Hint button?

Well today the task was actually successful but I really didn’t do anything different. I forgot to check the console at the time.
