Unable to open the exam environment

Tell us what’s happening:

I have completed the JavaScript certification steps and am now trying to access the certificate.

I have generated a token, but I am unable to open the exam environment.

Can anyone suggest how to proceed further to take the exam and obtain the certificate?

i have same issue as well, not be able to take an exams, starting with HTML and now JavaScript
