Unable to retake Responsive Web Design Exam after failing

Hello everyone,

I recently took the Responsive Web Design Exam but did not pass. I waited for the retake period, but now the Start Exam button is disabled and the page says:

“You must complete the prerequisite courses to take this exam.”

I already completed all the required Responsive Web Design lessons before taking the exam the first time, so I’m not sure why I can’t retake it.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there anything I need to do to unlock the exam, or is this a bug?

you can try generating a new exam token

also double check all certification projects are marked as completed and you have agreed to the academic honesty pledge in the settings
