Unable to start courses on Safari browser

Hello,

I am very new to this website and I am thinking of learning on course on the platform. However, the course runs on CodeAlly and cookies needs to be enabled. Cookies are enabled for Safari and I tried closing and relaunching the browser and it doesn’t seem to work.

I was able to launch the same course using Google Chrome, but Safari being the choice of browser for day to day activities, I would love to get support to get this going.

If you click the shield icon does it show having blocked anything?

Can you try it without the “Prevent cross-site tracking” checked, just to test it? It might be blocking some third-party cookies. I don’t use Safari, so I don’t know if there is any way of doing it per site.
