What is the point of including “Computer Basics“ block inside “CSS“?
Shouldn’t it be at the beginning of an “HTML“ section? Or even as a separate section?

We can’t have it towards the beginning because most people prefer coding more than reading. Putting it to close to the beginning will have people tune out.
It could go after the accessibility module.
