delete the <-- and -->
If anyone else reads this I highly recommend installing a code editor and learning key shortcuts, and learn about lint (it’ll save you a ton of time) . You don’t need to remember the comment format for each language this way just select what you need to comment/uncomment and hit ctrl+’ (in vscode anyway) after a while you’ll remember them anyway, but it’ll save you googling.
