You didn’t tell us what tests were failing or what else you’ve tried, which makes it harder to help, but a couple errors jumped out in this part of the code:

  <input id="outdoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor"
  <label for="outdoor">Outdoor</label>

Remember that you always need to finish your opening tags with a > (“angle bracket”). Otherwise, the browser can’t read your html code.
