URL placement confusion

I am getting confused by the instruction ’ Set the placeholder value of your text input to “cat photo URL”. ’ & ’ You should set the value of your placeholder attribute to cat photo URL . ’ I’ve tried many differing ways of interpreting these sentences and failed. Can someone please help?
