Why should we only use only one ‘h1’ element per page?
Because it is hierarchical. Why should a book have only one title? Why does a country have only one president?
The idea is that a page has only one h1, and below that h2s, below those h3s…
Think of it as a text book. You have one title, then below that sections, then below that chapters, then below that sub-chapters, etc.
