With this way you can pass the tests. You should add row = []; when i increases by 1.

you have two many elvels in your array

your output is

[ [ [ 0, 0 ], [ 0, 0 ] ],
  [ [ 0, 0 ], [ 0, 0 ] ],
  [ [ 0, 0 ], [ 0, 0 ] ] ]

when it should be

[[0, 0], [0, 0], [0, 0]]
