Use Destructuring Assignment to Assign Variables from Objects?

Tell us what’s happening:

Your code so far

const AVG_TEMPERATURES = {
  today: 77.5,
  tomorrow: 79
};

function getTempOfTmrw(avgTemperatures) {
  "use strict";
  // change code below this line
  const tempOfTomorrow = avgTemperatures.tomorrow; // change this line
  // change code above this line
  return tempOfTomorrow;
}

console.log(getTempOfTmrw(AVG_TEMPERATURES)); // should be 79

You are not using Destructuring Assignment, read carefully the text of the challenge

const AVG_TEMPERATURES = {
today: 77.5,
tomorrow: 79
};

function getTempOfTmrw(avgTemperatures) {
“use strict”;
// change code below this line
const {today: tempOfToday, tomorrow: tempOfTomorrow} = avgTemperatures; // change this line
// change code above this line
return tempOfTomorrow;
}

console.log(getTempOfTmrw(AVG_TEMPERATURES)); // should be 79

Use destructuring only for tempOfTomorrow and you are there. The tests of the challenge don’t want tempOfToday for you to pass the challenge
