Use the Conditional (Ternary) Operator, hint not correct

Tell us what’s happening:
Just wanted to add that the solution provided on the hint page is not correct with a single equal sign. I don’t know if there’s an option to report the solution on the hint page.

I apologise if this is not the right channel to do so.

Your code so far

function checkEqual(a, b) {
  return (a == b ? true: false);
}

checkEqual(1, 2);

You don’t have to worry about it. It has been fix, but just not deployed to the production site. In fact, the challenge has been changed to, so what gets returned is slightly different.
