I think is need to be one line like:

<p>Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were Ph.D. students at <strong>Stanford University</strong>.</p>

This way can validate the validator if you take a break line that way not. And also strong element no need a break line is not a block element.

The characters inside the strong tag needs to match exactly what it is asked in the challenge directions, extra characters will make the tests fail

FCC is VERY particular, I think you might need
‘Stanford University’.

rather than the full stop inside the STRONG tag

I think you should remove the full stop from the strong tag code.
