The answer for the third question (What should be avoided to ensure a good user experience with progressive disclosure?) is “Using multiple access points to confuse users”. I don’t think that’s correct.

why do think that? the question is “What should be avoided”, if you think that the answer is wrong, do you want to include multiple access points to confuse users?
