Using an id Attribute to Style an Element- incorrect?

I have double-checked with official solution and can not figure out why it won’t let me pass this challenge?

After running the tests it still says " Your form element should have an id attribute"…

Just add an style id = “cat-photo-form”>
and change the color to green
