Using Objects for Lookups helpp

l can someone help me with this challenge?

Your code so far

// Setup
function phoneticLookup(val) {
  var result = "";

  // Only change code below this line
 var lookup = {
  "alpha" : "Adams",
  "bravo" : "Boston",
  "charlie" : "Chicago",
  "delta" : "Denver",
  "echo" : "Easy",
  "foxtrot" : "Frank",

  // Only change code above this line
  return result;

// Change this value to test

Your browser information:

User Agent is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36.

Link to the challenge:

Your current function returns “”. Why? Because result is initialized to a blank string “” in the first line of the function and you never assign a different value to it.

You need to reference the lookup object in such a way that you can assign this reference to result before the return statement.

so can i reinitialize result such that the object array value is mapped with val before the return statement?
