# Videos not showing up (can't move mini-browser)

Hey, when trying to watch videos, I get what you see in the picture. I’ve tried incognito mode, regular, logged in, and logged out, cannot see video or even get link to one. Thanks for any/all assistance.

I am able see the video.

I am currently using google chrome with no extensions.

Maybe you can try that?

Would you mind checking your browser console for any errors. Remember to refresh the page, after opening the console, and trying to view the video.

It’s happening to me too! But even after I closed my extensions it still doesn’t work TT
