Visualize Data with a Bar Chart

Tell us what’s happening:

I can see all the bars, but whenever I hover over the last 6 years worth of bars, they show no data about them. I rewrote the entire code trying to find the error, but came to the same error.

Solved it. Don’t know why, but appending TEXT elements only allows for 252 elements, while it works fine with DIVs (appends all 275 elements)
