How long I see in css 0.2 delay and 1 sec duration.

I’m not sure about the timing but it doesn’t feel right (at least on my machine) .
Also sending info for a new poll without being authenticated does nothing and hangs up when it does a request to the server. If your intention is that only authenticated users should be able to create a new poll, why even have the modal show ?

I had shorted animation to 0.6 sec. I checked the unregistered newpoll work is by IP.
