I really like the chosen subject. 
It needs a bit of a reworking. The image is too big. I’m guessing you need some “max width” tags in there. It isn’t responding very well in some areas. For instance, your figcaption shifts to the right on smaller devices. More text (user stories) would also benefit your page.

I think you’re off to a good start. I think you should add some more content for people to read.
On smaller screens, the font size of your title is maybe a little too big and your timeline looks narrow and harder to read.
