Now, I’ve started my JavaScript course but simultaneously I want to keep practicing HTML/CSS and I do not know what should I do?
Is Frontendmentor website a good place to start?

Congratulaitons on achieving your first certificate.
In my opinion the best way to practice is to build, build and build over and over again. Frontend mentor is a goof place to start and I think that there are increasing levels of difficulty.
Once you’re confident that you can build almost any easy to medium difficulty websites then you can move on to Javascript.
