not decided yet but have any advice please share
Once you have an idea of what kind of site you want to build, then write up some specifications including user stories to describe how the site will work. Once you have all of that into place, then reply back and maybe someone will be interested in collaborating with you on it.
Have you finished any of the FCC projects yet? If not, I strongly suggest completing a few of those to help you understand how to build a site/app from some type of specifications before blindly building something you have not even mapped out clearly yet.
