I’ve seen this same site display error with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Any suggestions on how to make the site display properly?

I not seeing an error in the screenshot you presented.
Can you provide more information on what the error is you are referring to?

I might have phrased that incorrectly. It seems as if the window containing “Step 4” and the “Check Your Code” window should be at the bottom of the browser window and not in the middle of the .html document.
In the old curriculum, which is now the legacy curriculum, that is how it was designed.
But in the new curriculum, the instructions are embedded into the html document.
