The weekend’s over, back to the grind, but before that, would love to hear how you spent yours
Mine was pretty simple, caught the World Cup final and also made a trip to Mamba Village, where I got to see some Nile crocodiles up close . Exciting and scary watching them up close, just lounging around in numbers.
The real highlight though was the tortoises . Two in particular, the oldest one was 70 years old, the other 31. Just seeing them side by side, knowing one’s been around more than double the other’s lifetime, and they’re both just… vibing
Sounds like you had an exciting weekend, Lary! Seeing Nile crocodiles up close must have been thrilling. I would love to see Nile crocodiles in person someday too. My weekend was more relaxing. I spent time with my husband, watching a movie together and cooking some food at home. It was a simple but wonderful way to enjoy the weekend and recharge before starting a new week.
