- Nice use of
fieldsetandlegend - If you’ve filled out a form on-line you may have noticed that required fields are marked with an asterisk. With so many required fields in your form you may want to consider doing that. (You don’t have to. Take feedback with a grain of salt.)
- Change cursor to a pointer when hovering over the submit button
