What am I supposed to do here?

Tell us what’s happening:
The challenge is: Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab.

Thing is usually it tells you how to before and on this challenge it just assumes you know. I don’t even understand what it is asking. When I googled it, nothing I have tried works. It is a mystery what I am supposed to do. Can someone give me the answer so I can figure out where I have gone wrong?

This is what I have come up with…

It is telling me…

Test: Sorry, your code does not pass. Don’t give up.

Hint: Your p element should have a nested anchor (a) element with the text cat photos. You may have deleted it or have a typo.

I have no clue. This IS NOT TEACHING
Fucking irritating.

you know attributes and their values ? they are given to opening tags of elements, the syntax is like this <element attribute="value">, you already have been using this syntax in link element for example

here you have to give anchor tag a target attribute with value _blank
