What I should do when my web page I can't see all of it

have I problem , I create my web page I finished with good success then I found out my home page can’t see it in my cell phone , what I suppose do to fix that .

I am not seeing how to access your code there. Do you have a repo of your web site files? Something I can clone so I can set up a local version of your site? Or do you have a link to a live version of your site?
