Google recommends a page load time of less than two seconds if you need a fast response: “The acceptability threshold for an ecommerce website is two seconds.” We aim for a response time of less than a half-second at Google.” When it comes to customer service, time is of the essence.
I don’t think there is reasonable response time. Because the response time for users is the shorter the better, but when response time becomes inevitable, the feedback for users will be necessary. So the different response time should have different feedbacks
