What is the best solution to include logos and icons for a website?

I need logos in their original color (React in blue), unlike fontawesome, and I’m wondering what the best way to include that in a website is.

Do you use a library, download the images or svgs directly, or link to an external url?

if you need official logos then you can try the framework or company’s website. Most of the big companies like facebook, github and google provide their logos on their official site and the rest you can find on sites like wikimedia. Just make sure you have the proper rights to use that image. A nice way to find that out is by adding CC0 at the end of your search term in google so it only looks for files licensed under the creative commons, which lets you use that image for personal and commercial use with or without attribution.
here’s the react logo you were looking for.

this image is in the public domain which means you can do pretty much anything you want with it.

Hope this helped!
