Some of these tutorials and resources are difficult to grasp, especially for a beginner.
I am finding there are not as many resources out there compared to those that pertain to node or react for example.
Where are progressive web apps heading in 2019 and beyond, and how do I find good resources to learn PWAs (that are not depricated of course)?
