Where are my saved completed challenges

I have completed many challenges but all appear as reset when I go back to see them. How can I see my completed challenges with the correct code? Thanks for any help.

freeCodeCamp does not save the completed code for challenges once they have been completed. When the challenge is complete, there is an option to download your solution, which is currently the only way to keep your solution code. In the past, FCC used to save challenge solutions, but this proved to be too big a burden on storage, so this feature was dropped.
