Where is the Best Place to Learn about Website Design?

Is there a website or YouTube channel to learn about website designs? I’m also wondering if there are basic templates that I am supposed to know as a foundation and work up from there?

I think you can also learn a lot just be being aware of design, starting to pay attention. The book Don’t Make Me Think is a classic. And sometimes I’ll google things like “award winning web site designs” and see what is liked about those.
