Why I can't describe the image below instead of top?

Tribute Page link

The user story 5 says that i should add <figcaption> with an id=img-caption" . When i put it at the top of image link , it works . But that doesn’t looks good so I want to put the description below image (as it is in the Dr.Norman’s Tribute page) but the tests doesn’t passes.

PLEASE HELP…

Remember to close the img element (> at the end).
