Can you describe your problem.??

As far i notice, you have applied the id=cat-photo-form to an h2 element, actually there is no need of an h2 element there,

Instruction says: Give your form element the id of cat-photo-form ( not an h2 element )

And also you have to style using the id=cat-photo-form
